tac list
![]() ![]() A list of things noticed while watching the TAC.
When the Bishop says "That is right," Valjean whips his head around real fast.
Right after the scene with the Bishop, you can see Valjean putting on his fancy “mayor” coat in the background.
Right after the foreman says "All right my girl on your way," Enjolras seems to be in quiet contemplation.
When the old hag says "What luck you've got," Fantine looks like she is going to gag.
Then there is the most obvious; Cosette jumps when there is a really loud noise during COAC.
Right before "The Bargain" Fantine says something to Young Cosette.
When the Thénardier sings “Shall you carry our treasure away?” Valjean looks like he is going to laugh out loud.
Jean Prouvaire generally looks like a madman.
Marius fixing his clothes right before AHFOL (*hysterical laughing*).
Valjean and Javert's “What a nice young man,” and “Aw, young love,” faces during AHFOL. Hilarious!
Valjean and Javert sharing a microphone during ODM.
Eponine during OMO has dirt on her face and red blush on; Red and Black! Ha!
During the line “Now we pledge ourselves to hold this barricade,” they put on the big screen “Eponine arrives at the barricades and is fatally wounded,” which was not supposed to be shown at that part.
Javert's look after Gavroche screams “Liar!” Funny.
During the line “Let us die facing our foes.” Valjean changes out of his revolution coat and into his “Everyday” (that is funny “everyday” coat *hysterical laughing*) coat, but then he has to change back later because he still had the “Look Down” scene with Javert.
Valjean did not say “Look” during the “Look down, Javert” part. Watch his lips. They don't move.
When Marius and Cosette arrive during Valjean's death, they walk up to *separate* microphones, but they show the shot of them walking up to the *same* microphone which really happened during ODM.
During the “17 Jean Valjeans from around the world” singing DYHTPS? Colm Wilkinson couldn't stop himself from singing along, you can see his lips move while the guy in front of him is singing.
At the very end when every one is talking on stage and the balloons are coming down, Michael Ball apparently says something really funny to Colm Wilkinson, because Colm starts laughing his head off.
During the "Master of the House" chorus, the whole choir starts swaying one way and the main character in the front go the opposite way. (Thanks to Alexandria!)
Marius' face in several spots. When he says "My name is Marius Pontmercy" in "A Heart Full of Love" he looks like a little boy. It's so funny!! (Thanks to Alexandria!)
The facial expressions from both Eponine and Marius in "A Little Fall of Rain" were awesome, but there were two spots where they were especially good. In the beginning, Eponine kinda falls into Marius' arms and he has this look on his face like "HELLO! Well Ok". And at the end of the song, when Eponine dies, Marius closes his eyes and looks like he's going to cry. (Thanks to Alexandria!)
The little comforting scene after "A Little Fall of Rain" is so sad!! Marius gets these looks on his face like "I'm Ok, really... Wait ...no I'm not... I'm Ok,...Maybe not" (Thanks to Alexandria!)
During the bows, Eponine and Fantine both start to go at the same time. (Thanks to Alexandria!)
Mme Thénardier messes up "I used to dream that I would meet a prince line" in Master of the House. (Thanks to Alexandria!)
What was in that envelope that someone tossed up on the stage and Philip Quast picked up???? I've always wondered about that. (Thanks to Miriam!)
It's kinda cool and kinda weird how, during practically the entire production, Colm Wilkinson and Philip Quast are jabbering to each other. (Thanks to Miriam!)
Here's something I noticed the other day when I was watching the TAC on Bravo, during Beggar At The Feast you can see the cast clapping along. (Thanks to Gina!)
